In order to use the Textamundo service, you will be required to provide information about yourself (such as email and mobile telephone details) as part of the credit purchase process for the Service, or as part of your continued use of the Service. You agree that any registration information you give to Textamundo will always be accurate, correct and up to date.
4. You agree to the storage of your personal details in accordance with the Textamundo privacy policy described above.
5. You agree that Textamundo may send messages to your registered email and mobile numbers in order to provide the service.

8. You agree to the advance purchase of credits to use the Textamundo service. Such credits constitute the advance purchase of use of the Textamundo service, and may not be redeemed monetarily.
9. You agree and understand that you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of passwords associated with any account you use to access the Service.
10. Termination. The right to use the Textamundo Service may be terminated at any time without notice by Textamundo (a) If The User has, in the opinion of Textamundo made fraudulent or any other unauthorised or illegal use of the Textamundo service not in accordance with the Terms; (b) If The User has zero credits and has not bought credits for a period of 12 months; (c) If the User has credits but has not used the service for a period of 12 months; (d) If The User is in breach of any of the terms of use of the Service.
11. The terms of use of the Service may be changed by Textamundo at any time and any such changes will be made available to the User at www.textamundo.com.
